I’m passionate about people. I find joy when products that I build are enjoyed by customers or when I see my team members growing and learning.

When I'm not at work, I am probably dancing, exploring new food or watching The Wire once again.

Led several strategic and tactical growth design initiatives, which helped increase the number of engaged customers.
Designed end-to-end product solutions with a strong focus on A/B testing and design excellence.
Presented to CEO, CPO, Head of Growth and other company leaders to get their buy-in or share the progress on the strategic initiatives.
Facilitated more than 30 collaborative sessions with partners from Research, Sales, Customer Success and other teams to gain more insights about the customers.

Launched 120+ retention and CR focused A/B tests which helped improve the LTV by ≈10%.
Worked in close collaboration with our Design Director to grow our Design team from 3 to 23 designers.
Led the design for a new product vertical launch.
Mentored and managed a design team and tried to find ways to improve their work and help them grow.
Led the design overhaul of the messaging experience on Preply. Current usage 500,000+ messages daily.
